Excellent knowledge in MS Office products, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Project Schedule, and Visio; ability to convert PDF to Word and other document/presentation tools; have advanced internet research skills; and possess an understanding of HTML utilizing Dreamweaver CS3, WordPress, and a general appreciation of web technologies.

Business Forms – Design business forms and templates and customize them according to your specifications in MS Word, PDF, and Excel.  

Contact/Database Management – Create contact database in e-mail/contact software; develop e-mail Distribution Lists; set-up Master Categories for grouping.  (Outlook, Swiftpage, and Access)

Data Processing – Document scanning, typing, conversion, and formatting.  We can work from any draft you supply, e-mail message, computer file, handwritten files, manuscripts, small notes, or your rough ideas on scrap paper.  We will retype/scan the document(s) and format to your specifications.

Editing/Proofreading – Proficient in English grammar to edit and proofread client documents such as articles; biographies; books; e-books; press releases; proposals; web site content, etc.

File Conversion – Conversion of file format (i.e., PDF/Word, WordPerfect/ Word)

Office Product Recommendation – Research, review and recommend equipment, computer hardware and software for business and personal use including installation and training.

Presentations – PowerPoint slide presentations; handouts; and outlines.

Project Coordination/Organization – Project support services with end-to-end solutions for your projects.
